Berry Honey Overnight Oats

1 cup Old Fashioned Oats

1 cup Skim Milk

1/2 cup Non-fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Blackberries, Raspberries, or both

2 T Chopped Walnuts

1.5-2 T Honey (depending on taste)

a dash of cinnamon

Add oats to a medium bowl and then add milk. Gently shake to make sure that milk evenly saturates the oats. Spoon a layer of yogurt on top of the oats. Next, top with berries and walnuts. Drizzle the honey on top and sprinkle cinnamon. Let it refrigerate overnight and then enjoy!
