Earl Grey Overnight Oats

I haven’t tried this recipe yet, but my sister made this yesterday and said it was fabulous! She has good taste, so I’ll trust her. :) This looks so delicious on this cold day! I would like to take it right out of the picture and eat it!

Ingredients

1 Earl Gray tea bag

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk)

2 tbsp honey

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

2 tbsp almond butter

Vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt

 

Instructions

Heat the milk and steep with the tea bag for 3-5 minutes. Stir in the honey and vanilla extract.

 

Pour ½ cup oats into two separate jars. Add 1 tbsp of almond butter to each jar.

 

Pour half of the milk mixture into each jar and stir well.

 

Top each serving with Greek yogurt.

 

Store in the fridge overnight and enjoy for breakfast.
